Weaver & Fitzhugh, P.C.  is a small law firm delivering personalized services for a variety of legal needs. We provide advice and counsel about real estate (purchase/sale, deeds, liens, trust deeds, foreclosure, subdivision, development, leases), construction law (contracts, mechanic’s liens), land use, small business formation (corporations, LLC’s, etc…) , contracts, wills, trusts, estates, probate, family issues (divorce, custody, adoption, support, alimony and maintenance), criminal law (misdemeanor, d.u.i. and felony), education law and school law, insurance law issues, personal injury and other tort law.  We also appear in court to litigate problems arising from all such matters from filing complaints through trial to a court or jury, and practice other, general civil litigation.  We also file and defend appeals arising from such litigation.   Our attorney’s also prepare for handle alternative dispute resolution processes such as arbitration and mediation.

We can provide help with all such legal matters, no matter how large or small the issue.  We will litigate matters in county or district court and, where appropriate, we can assist clients in determining whether to pursue their own rights, without attorneys, in small claims court.
